Hi & Welcome. I can understand your concern. Headache and low body temperature are no the side effects of Injection Cortisone given into the knee joint. Inj Cortisone when given into the knee joint is likely to cause localized pain, bleeding, infection or damage to the intra-articular tissues (cartilage, ligaments or menisci) however these side effects are unlikely if the shot is given by an experienced skilled doctor.

The use of Nitrolingual Pump Spray to treat or prevent attacks of chest pain (angina) can result in throbbing headache, low temperature, dizziness, etc. You are advised to consult your physician/cardiologist for a safer but effective treatment for angina pectoris. Hope this answers your query.
