Hello,

Headache and face redness are not common side effects of Ibuprofen unless you are developing an allergic reaction to it.

It is very important that you stop using the drug and discuss these symptoms with your doctor as soon as possible and get a thorough examination to better determine the cause and get proper treatment.

I hope this answers your query. I remain at your disposal in case further medical assistance is needed.

Regards,
Dr. Antoneta Zotaj, General and Family Physician
