Thanks for your query.
1. I hope this is an ECG report.
2. Risk of Heart attack can not be decided on the basis of this report.
3. You definitely need to see a cardiologist because there is evidence of left ventricular hypertrophy and left atrium volume overload. These suggest increase pressure in main pumping chamber of heart.
