Are Hemorrhoids Outside The Anus And Blood In The Stools A Cause Of Concern?
HiHi, can I answer your health question? Please type your question here Hi I have a question about my anus.. there seems to be petruding tissue outside the area.. it isn’t red or painful or itchy however sometimes there is blood when I pass stools. I wanted to know if I should be concerned or as to what it may be. It can be painful when I go to the loo but only sometimes and no any time otherwise
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
The given history and symptoms of bleeding per rectum with prolapsing tissue could be suggestive of hemorrhoid or rectum prolapse and it is the matter of concern it should not be taken as granted and symptoms has to be brought to investigation to differentiate the medical condition and surgical condition, if this is the hemorrhoid then it has to be surgically cured, I would suggest to see the surgeon.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
