General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Mouth dryness is a known effect of Toprol, so that might be the culprit. Make sure you hydrate well before bedtime and please talk to your doctor about this symptom so they may recommend a better alternative drug.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Ornela Ademovi, General & Family Physician
