Hi

Yes you can take manmade hormone post breast cancer treatment.
Its absolutely safe.
The side effects like hot flashes can be managed symptomatically.
If you are pre menopausal then you can take tablet tamoxifen for 5 years.
If you are post menopausal you take tablet anastrozole for 5 years.
Consult your oncologist regarding it.
