General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

It is due to hormonal imbalances and is very common among middle-aged women.

Consult a gynecologist and get evaluated. You might be benefitted from hormone replacement therapy.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
