Are Intermittent Joints Pain And White Tongue Signs Of HIV When Tests Done Till 54 Days All Came Out Negative?
I have done following test: Day 17- Hiv screening test Day 28- Hiv 4th generation test Day 34- Hiv 4th generation test Day 46- hiv duo combo test Day 54- Hiv Screening test All came negative. Symptoms - sometimes joint pain which comes and go and white tongue ( which gone while giving medicine). Is any further testing is required?
Based on your history having 5 of 4th generation test negative for HIV, I think you shouldn't worry because these symptoms are not related to HIV. Usually the protocols recommend having an 4th generation test after 3 months from the last exposure to be more accurate.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
