Are Lightheadedness And Headaches A Signs Of Pregnancy?

Hi. My last injection was in dec 2013. My periods returned to normal as of late june. My last two periods has been very little,compared to since june. Plus ive been feeling lightheaded,gettin headaches,and feeling nauseous. With a slight pain on my lower abdomen. Could i be pregnant?

Your history of illness , mentioned is very ambiguous so it is very difficult to establish any diagnosis .
Still these symptoms may be due to these reasons :
1 Poly Cystic Ovarian Disease ( PCOD ) as this is most common cause of such symptoms , like scanty menstruation ,lower abdominal pain .Diagnosis can be confirmed by ultrasound of both ovaries .
2 The next reason of such symptoms may be due to hyper acidity . Diagnosis can be confirmed by clinical history and physical examination.
3 Pregnancy may be on reason of such symptoms . Diagnosis can be confirmed by physical examination by a gynecologist .
So in my opinion first of all consult a gynecologist and get his opinion.
