Are Low Bp And Sleepiness Side Effects Of Meganeuron, Fludac10 And Tryptomer?

hi doc my mom is being prescribed 3 medicines one is meganeuron,fludac10,tryptomer 10mg in a day she has started taking this medicine from last 2 days but she is facing problem like low bp and for the whole day she feels so sleepy cud u tell me is there any side effect of such medicines or its just normal i also want to know why this medicine is given ? she 50yrs old... her weight is some where around 60 kgs n height 5''3

YOUR MOTHERWAS PRESCRIBED THE FOLLOWING:THEIR INDICATIONS
1.INJ MEGANEURON---MEGADOSED VITAMINB12...FOR IMPROVING NERVE AND MUSCLE STRENGTH.
2.TAB FLUDAC 10mgm---FLUOXITENE,AN ANTIDEPRESANT ,MOOD ELEVATION.
3.TAB TRYPTOMER 10mgm---amitrptiline ,AN ANTIDEPRESANT,TO TREAT DERPRESSION,LOWSELF ESTEEM.
NOTE==ALL ANTIDEPRESANTS CAN HAVE SEDATION /DROWSINESS/LOW BLOOD PRESSURE/URINE RETENTION AS THEIR PREDOMINANT SIDE EFFECTS.
ITS NOT ADVISABLE TO USE THEM FOR MORE THAN 3 MONTHS UNLESS THERE IS A MAJOR COMPELLING INDICATION.MAINTAIN GOOD HYDRATION BY DRINKING 3-4LITERS OF WATERTO WASH OUT DRUG METABOLITES.REVIW WITH YOUR FAMILY PHYSICIAN.THANK YOU
