Are Low Grade Fever And Body Ache Symptoms Of Flu?
I am a 28 year old man I am 6 1 and weigh about 210. I am on no medication. 5 days ago I began to run a low grade fever and have body aces. I now have a cough and body aces. last night I began to have pain in my neck and down the side of my throat. Do I have the Flu?

You are absolutely right. Your symptoms are suggestive of viral influenza infection of posterior pharynx. I suggest you to take Benadryl like Phenylephrine containing medication or Levocetirizine. You can be prescribed vitamin C. Take one tsp turmeric powder with milk daily. Avoid excess spicy foods. Investigate with aso titre and CBC as well.
