Hello,

The lump in the collarbone is commonly related to a reactive lymph node. The enlarged lymph nodes are related to an infection in the system. I suggest to do a complete blood count and a chest X-ray for further evaluation. I also suggest using anti inflammatory medications to relieve inflammation.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
