Are Lymph Nodes In 'mesentery And Peripancreatic Region' Due To TB?

i have done my chest and abdomen CECT .and it shows subcentimeter sized nodes seen in percarinal region and subcentimetr sized nodes shown in misentery and peripancreatic region.according to the docter its like tuberclosis infection.please advice if diagnose is right

Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood the concerns.
Since the CECT that is contrast enhanced CT scan of the chest and abdomen are showing subcentimeter lymph nodes in the peri-carinal, mesentery and peripancreatic regions, these can be due to many reasons.
It can be reactive hyperplasia of the lymph nodes.
Can be due to tuberculosis or any other specific diseases like sarcoidosis or even due to cancer.
The only way to get a confirmed diagnosis is by the following:
Relevant blood tests such as tumor markers, for tuberculosis and so on.
FNAC or biopsy is the only sure-shot way to get the exact diagnosis and hence you have to request your Doctor or a Radiologist for guided FNAC or a General Surgeon to have laparoscopic FNAC or biopsy of the lymph nodes of the mesentery which is relatively simple procedure and thus we get the confirmed diagnosis to get started a proper management.
Tuberculosis is diagnosed if the lymph nodes also show a central liquefaction.
