Are Mild Cramping And Mood Swings With IUI Treatment Symptoms Of Pregnancy?
Hi I am currently going through fertility treatments (IUI) . I am 8dpiui and I am having mild cramping. This is our second IUI and I am concerned that this one was a bust as well, I have been really tired more than normal and a little emotional . Is it still to early to be have symptoms of pregnancy ?
Hello, This is too early to have symptoms and signs of pregnancy. Of course, some amount of cramping can often be felt as the fallopian tube propels the fertilized ovum to be implanted in the wall of the uterus. Also, you can notice slight spotting as the embryo burrows in to the wall of the uterus at around the expected period. Please wait for your next natural period and get a HPT 3-7 days later if you miss it. Else, you can get a blood test for pregnancy ten days post ovulation. Hope this helps.
