Are Missing Periods, Sore Breast And Lower Abdominal Cramps Signs Of Pregnancy?
HI I just had an ectopic pregnancy February 13 and me and my husband decided to go ahead and try again after we were cleared from my doctor. My last cycle was April 23 but now I m having sore erected breast, and lower abdominal cramping and no sign of my cycle could I be pregnant

Yes missing period, sore breast and lower abdominal cramps are potential sign of pregnancy if you have unprotected sexual intercourse. But it should be confirmed by the urinary pregnancy kit 10 days after missed period.
Better confirmation should be done by blood HCG and Pelvic USG.
