my wife's mc is not being this month. 1 month and 6 days have completed after sexual relation . and we dont want any baby because my economy condition is not so good . pls give me solution . i heared about mt pil and missoprost . but i dont know proper knowledge of these medicine pls help sir

First confirm if you wife is pregnant using a urine pregnancy test. if she is pregnant, I recommend you to visit a gynecologist as she will conduct the abortion. If done before 12 weeks by an expert the complications are less.
The gynecologist can terminate the pregnancy using abortion pills or Dilatation & Curettage or by aspiration. Do not try to take pills on your own as it may result in incomplete abortion and infections.
