General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello.
I have gone through your ultrasound reports.
The thyroid scan you have provided suggest the presence of multiple nodules in the right lobe of your thyroid gland and single nodule in the left lobe.A lymph node on your neck also enlarged.
The ultrasound require further investigation and clinical evaluation to make a definite diagnosis. The nodules in your thyroid could be either MNG(Multi Nodular Goiter) or rarely a cancerous growth.
I suggest you to consult a general surgeon to do further evaluation. You need to do a FNAC(Fine Needle Aspiration Cytology) in which a needle is introduce in to the swelling and a portion of which taken and studied under microscope.
Depending upon FNAC finding and clinical symptoms you might require surgery during which either whole the thyroid or a portion of which is removed.
Hope I have answered your query.
Wishing you good health.

Regards.
Dr.Shinas Hussain
