Are Neck Circles With Dark Pigmentation Along With Cellulitis Worrisome?

I have noticed that I have three circles on my neck. They are not raised or painful, but they are slightly darker than my skin tone, which is why i can see them. I currently have a terrible cellulitis infection all down my right leg but these painless circles are on the left side of my neck. I am on antibiotics for the cellulitis. Should I be worried about these circles?

Nothing to worry. First treat the cellulitis, neck circles can be addressed later once the cellulitis settles.
