Are Night Shifts Causing Dark Circles And Pimples?

Hello Sir, I'm a 21 year old girl who've started working for night shifts (8:30 pm-5:30 am). I've never had any pimple or dark circles in my entire life but now after starting this job, I've started having these problems. I'm fair and dark circles or pimples doesn't look good at all. Please help me! I'll be eternally grateful to you.
