Hi welcome to HCM. Since you had earlier stent stenosis, there is an extremely high possibility of restenosis in the new stent, antiplatelet drugs and antiproliferative agents are undoubtedly required to prevent this complication. Its absolutely normal to have pop of nitroglycerine as it leads to coronary vasodilatation and coronary blood flow.Your blood pressure seems to be in the normal range. It is advised to continue the plavix and cholesterol lowering medications to maintain stent patency.Periodical screening 2 dimensional echo can help to evaluate the cardiac functional status.Consult your cardiologist for further queries. Thank you
