Hello Fluoxetine is a most potent anti depressant and very much effective. Side effects are: Nervousness, insomnia , anxiety, headache , tremors, sweating, diarrhea, seizures, mania, hypomania or mixed manic states reported . I mentioned these side effects , these are very common. In your case most of these symptoms are present . Sometimes patient feels that stomach if full but still hunger present. Numbness is also common. Consult your treating doctor and get his opinion or take just 1/2 ( half) of the dosage . Hope this will help you.
