welcome to hcm ...yes heart attack masy feel like pulled upper rib muscle . ..as you are taking statin which causes muscle pain as a side effect and your wood work has aggravated your problem ..please also get xray cervical strain as i have seen similar pain numbness in shoulder and arm with this also ..
