Are Numbness And Pain In The Hands And Feet, Excessive Sweating And Weight Gain Due To Permanent Nerve Damage?

my doctor says i dont have diabetes but my hands and feet have numbness and pain. have history of lymes and fibromylagia. i have excessive sweating .my period has stopped for a year and i could be going through menopause . i gained a lot of weight and taking antideppressants. doctor says seroquil causes weight gain. my hands and feet feel dry also. went to few neurologists in the past but not recently. emg tests were fine. ordered supplements b12 and alpha linoeic. should i take anything else for my condition and is it permanent nerve damage?
