Welcome to HealthcareMagic,
Nausea is commonly seen during pregnancy but other problems such and back, stomach and hip pain are not signs of pregnancy. My advise for you is to wait for 1 week for you to get your menstrual period. If you get your period then you are not pregnant. But if you do not get your periods even after 1 week then repeat urine pregnancy test on an early morning sample of urine to know about your pregnancy status. Hope that answers your question.
Have a good day. Regards, Dr.Imaad.
