Are Pain In Lower Back, Passing Out And Periods Due To Fall?

I fell on my lower back and bottom 11 days ago. I had intense pain, passed out twice, and vomited. I think i fractured by tail bone? Three days after the fall i started by cycle; which wasn t due has i had already had a cycle this month. I cycled my normal five days and then stopped for two days and am now spotting. I also have a buzzing sensation behind by clitoris? Is all of this associated with the fall?

OBGYN 's  Response
Hello,

The menstrual cycle can be altered when there is an injury due to associated hormone disturbance. However, I insist that you have a proper clinical evaluation since seem to have had some injury.

Apart from inspection of your back, examination of the genital region also is essential to plan further management.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shanti Vennam
