Are Pain In The Foot, Weakness In The Knee And A Bruise-like Patch On The Ankle Serious Concerns?

I have had blood work indicating an auto immune disease and I cannot get into see a rheumatologist until September 10. I have pain currently in my right foot at the joint of my middle toe. I have had knee weakness and pain but not currently. I have a patch that looks like a bruise on my left ankle that has been there for a few months. I have done searches to see what could be causing it but no luck. It does not hurt and is not swollen. Any ideas?
