Hi, welcome to Health care magic forum.
It appears that you have a bacterial infection of the scalp, may be secondary to the fungal infection, dandruff, or to the lice, or may be secondary to the shampoo, hair dye, oil etc.
I advise you to consult a dermatologist for diagnosis and treatment. He will treat the infection, and the underlying cause.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms erythromycin, metronidazole, ketokonazole shampoo, and pain killers if necesory.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery.Thank you.
