Are Pelvic Cramps, Lower Back Pain, Constipation, Tender Breasts And Extreme Fatigue Curable When Diagnosed With Atypia Hyperplasia In My Uterus?
Hello I’m a 32 yr old female that has been diagnosed with Atypia hyperplesia in my uterus. Ive been on IUD for over a year. My last biopsy came back normal and will be getting my iud removed next moved. I have been experiancing pelvic cramp, lower back pain , constipation , tender breasts and extreme fatigue for about a week.
Pelvic pain, cramps and breast tenderness though not serious and uncommon can happen as an adverse effect of IUD and it often goes off once your off the device. It is a great news that your follow up biopsy is normal. So the symptom is mostly not related to endometrial hyperplasia.
If the symptoms persist even after removing the device which is very unlikely please do consider visiting a health care provider. A urine test and pelvic ultrasonography can give you necessary information concerning the symptoms. Meanwhile, regular simple exercise and healthy eating habits can help minimize the hormonal symptoms of IUD to a great extend.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
