Welcome to healthcaremagic, Pink discharge and cramps does not indicate pregnancy. Breast tenderness many be seen in some women who are pregnant. Ovulation test are good but they not 100% accurate. I recommend you to wait for your periods, if you miss your periods then perform urine pregnancy test. Urine pregnancy test are simple, rapid and reliable pregnancy confirmation test. If the test line is lighter, same or darker than the control line it indicates pregnancy. If it turns out to be positive then contact your obstetrician for further check up. Hope that answers your question. Regards, Dr.Imaad (if the answer has helped you, please indicate this)
