Are Pressure Feeling In Lower Back, Spotting And Sore Breasts Symptoms Of Pregnancy?

I'm having a pressure feeling in my lower back, brown spotting X 5days extremely sore breast. I normally experience breast tenderness before my periods. I'm due to start now but still haven't . Could I be pregnant and if so why the brownish discharge?

I have gone through your query and understand your concerns.

The symptoms you have mentioned are seen mostly in premenstrual time rather than in pregnancy. Due to the change in climate recently you may develop this kind of period which you are facing. If you are pregnant you have to confirm it by a urine pregnancy test after 1 week once you miss your period. In pregnancy also you will have brown discharge at the time of implantation. So I request you to wait for 5 days and do a UPT.
