Hello and welcome, I guess your question is first will these meds help in tilted uterus and if they are safe. I answer the second part first: the medicines are just routine supplements to help correct anemia and vitamin deficiency. Progyluton is a combination of estrogen and progesterone and may help in regulating the cycle. The medicines will not help in a tilted uterus. Only surgery can correct the direction and it is not needed. Most likely it is retroverted, directed backwards. So just lie on your tummy after sexual intercourse so that the sperms will come in contact with the cervix. Do not worry. You will conceive.
