Are Raised Sores On Leg And Arms Symptom Of Psorasis?

I was diagnosed with psoriosis many years ago. It was on my scalp and the side of my face. I now have had several incidents of very itchy raised sores on my leg and arm.. It comes and goes. The doctor thinks it might be allergy but I am wondering if it could be a recurrance. How do I know?
