Are Rapid Heartbeats And Shaky Fingers For Few Seconds Normal?

Hi, Occasionally I had a sudden (rapid) heartbeats with shaky fingers at the same time that only last for few seconds(only on my left hand), is this normal? No pain, dizziness, nor headache. I saw some articles say it might be a symptom of low blood sugar?
