Are Rashes On The Arms And Legs After Taking Nitrofurantoin Mono-MCR A Matter Of Concern?

I just finished taking Nitrofurantoin Mono-MCR 100 mg yesterday and today I broke out in a rash mainly on my arms and legs. I did take a benadryl but wondered if I should be concerned. The pamphlet didn t mention a rash however online I found some comments about rash as an uncommon side-effect by severe expression so not sure if I need to worry.
