Are Red Dots On The Glans Of My Penis Related To STDs?

I have a line of running red dots on the glans of my penis that seems to be a little red. My last sexual encounter was 3.5 months ago with unprotected oral and protected vaginal. The dots are very small and in a perfect line all along my glans. I have been researching STD's and freaking out and feel like I have a tingling/burning sensation but I really cant tell. Could this just be an irritation or Herpes? Thank you in advnace.

thank you for query.the other symptoms,site are not clear.these may be due to Stds,bacterial viral or fungal.It is better to have protected intercourse like using condoms if either of them have multiple partners.please consult doctor for proper diagnosis and treatment.
