Are Severe Headaches Followed By Droopy Facial Muscles Symptoms Of A Stroke Or Bell S Palsy?

I have had a severe headache for 3 days, this morning when i woke up my face felt a little weird, i did not notice anything really until i brushed my teeth, i could not spit like normal. then i noticed my face seemed a little droppy on the left side and my smile was crooked. Now 14 hours later it is still like this and my eye does not completly close. the muscle in my seems very week. do i have Bell s Palsy or did i have a stroke??

Consult a neurologist and get evaluated. We have to rule out possible causes like Bell’s palsy.
