Are Side Effects Normal When Tapering Off Effexor?

I am under medical supervision and tapering off Effexor . I was taking 150mg er . I alternated the 150mg with 75mg . Then 2 weeks of 75mg only I am now alternating 75mg with 37.5mg. I am having really bad side effects is this normal. When will they stop?

I suggest you come to the understanding that this would be just for a while.
