Hello,

Read your query as you have skin tag on hard palate this skin tag can be swelling due to infection on tooth may be due to periapical or periodontal infection or skin tag can be fungal infection also .
Dont be worried so much I will suggest you to consult oral surgeon and go for oral examination of lesion on palate and if needed go for investigations IOPA Xray of palate region . Inmeantime do warm saline gargle and maintain proper oral hygiene.

Hope this will help you.
