Hello,
Pain during urination commonly occurs in UTI, or an underlying bladder or prostate condition that needs to be investigated and treated.
Urinary tract infections are most commonly treated with antibiotics and analgesics are given to get relieve from pain. Blood discharge in semen post intercourse is due to injury, popped up blood vessel, or when a small blood vessel bursts during ejaculation blood may come out with semen.
Avoid prolonged and rough sex. Blood in semen is indicative of seminal tract infection, or and
prostate cancer. Seminal vesical disorders also include stones (calculi) and cysts. Sometimes, sexually transmitted infections (STIs), like gonorrhea, chlamydia, etc., may cause blood discharge in seen.
You are advised to get clinically examined by a
urologist. Get required blood tests and investigations done like
urinalysis, STI test, PSA test,
rectal examination, etc. Transrectal ultrasound is done to detect prostate problems, including cysts, calculi, swollen veins (varices) and inflammatory changes.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
