Are Small White Lumps On Throat While Having Anxiety Concerning?

Hello, my name is Jose Rodriguez and my problem is that i have this small white lumps on my throat . I have anxiety and well, i just worry alot . I dont feel sick or anything but once i cheked my throat a week ago i saw these white lumps . At first i thought They will go away. But here we are a full week and 2 days and i still have them . I would love to send a picture through email. All i want to know if its something i should worry about or not. Thank you

No need to worry unless you have pain, fever and dificulty in breathing/ swallowing, maintain oral hygeine and nutrition will sufficient to settle them down.
