hi i am 30 years old after three years i got one chance to get pregnancy its my first chance i don't want to miss my chance i am so worried because of continiuiosly small brownish bleeding and lower back pain with abdominal pain on the left side but not every time some time i feel this pain can u tell me is it safe for the baby?
