help
i have a feeling i am pregnant this month i had 26 day cycle which started on november 10 so i have a feeling i ovulated on da 21 it was a lot of white milky sticky discharge. and now 6 days later i been having a few spotting and cramp/ constipation for about three days and pain in my lower back. and my period is not due for another week so could i n pregnant??

hello
in your situation it appears more like delayed menses . please write clearly about first day of your last menstrual period , your age& also menstrual history.Your previous menstrual cycles were regular or not.
Some patients do feel cramps & back pain in pregnancy but spotting is not normal in pregnancy

You should go for urine pregnancy test ( UPT).If Upt is negative ( only 1 line) u r not pregnant & wait for 1 week for menses if menses still don't come after 1 week repeat upt & visit ur gynaecologist.

if Upt is weakly positive ( test line weaker than control ) u need urgent gynaecological check up with ultrasound to rule out ectopic pregnancy

if upto strongly positive u r pregnant but still need gynaecological check up & ultrasound to know the cause of spotting
