Are Stomach Aches Accompanied With Itching In Buttocks Signs Of Gas Or Worms?

My 4year old boy has been complaining of frequent stomach aches. Its more in the mornings after waking up then sometimes even through the day, in between, sometimes during mealtimes. I don't know if its gas or worms or something else. Sometimes he complains of an itching butt. he weighs about 18 kgs.
Kindly advise.

Hi,
Symptoms you have mentioned here are suggestive of worm infestation more likely Pinworm(Enterobiasis). It causes itch around the anus. Albendazole or mebendazole is given to treat infestation from worms. These medicines also cover different worms causing pain in stomach.
