Are Stomach Cramps And Missed Period Signs Of Pregnancy?

me and my boyfriend have been trying for a baby, well we have had unprotected sex around my ovulation times, my period was due today but no sign, also about a week before my period i have period pains and sore breasts, this month i didn't have none of those, now im experiencing really light cramps in my stomach, could i be pregnant?

Hi dear thanks for writing to healthcare Magic
you should wait till your normal periods cycle gets over then if you get the periods it rules out pregnancy but if gets delayed by 10 days then do the pregnancy test and ultrasound for confirmation..till the be relax also for associated symptoms take tab paracetamol and tab rantac,keep yourself hydrated with water and fluids
