Are Stomach Pains And Period Which Stops And Starts ,symptoms Of Pregnancy?
My boyfriend and I had Protected sex 3 times and all 3 times the condom has broke, a few days later I had some stomach pains and my period was late. My period finally came but it was just spotting for a day and a half then more blood started to come but my period is not as heavy and it stops and starts up again a few days later, I have had stomach pains...Could i be Pregnant?
I agree, rupture of condom may lead to pregnancy. However, you have got your menses; though scanty to start with, they have started with considerable bleeding later on.
Pain in abdomen is not a symptom of pregnancy. In fact pain at any stage of pregnancy is not a healthy sign. Your pain me be due to one of the following reasons:
1. Painful menstruation: If you are having some infection or inflammation of the genital organs, the pain will continue even after the menses start.
2. Ectopic Pregnancy: When the pregnancy gets implanted outside the uterine cavity. This is a serious condition and may require surgical intervention with many units of blood transfusion. Please get it ruled out from a Gynaecologist.
3. You may be aborting.
For the pain factor, I would suggest you to report to a Gynaecologist ASAP.
I hope this helps you.
