Are Sudden Passing Out With Cramps Connected To Sore Throat And Chest Pain?

im 14 and two days ago i started to get really bad cramps , they would just get worse and worse. (my period had just finished). after a while i felt like i was going to throw up (still having cramps) and then my vision went crazy and i woke up on the ground. i dont even remember falling. i was fine after that but now i have a sore throat & this weird feeling in my chest. is there any connnection ?

I can understand your concern.
At your age of 14 years, stress and anxiety related symptoms are more likely.
But better to rule out heart diseases because it can cause chest pain and sudden passing.
So get done ecg, 2d echo and stress test.
If all these are normal then no need to worry for heart diseases.
Consult psychiatrist and get done counselling sessions.
Try to identify stressor in your life and start working on its solution.
You may need anxiolytic drugs too.
Don't worry, you will be alright with all these.
