If it is a stroke check for following symptoms, muscle weakness of hand, loss of sensation, speech disturbance, balance and coordination problem. When there is a combination of all this we can say this might be a stroke major or minor based on the symptoms and mri of brain report. Now usually with heart attack the patient will have crushing pain in heart and will be difficult to breath also. This pain will radiate to left shoulder again. But there will not be any involuntary movement associated with this. And when there is involuntary movement is present with or with out loss of consciousness it will be related to seizers. Here you need to understand some times we see combination of all above symptoms. For this I recommend my patient to check with mri brain, electro encyphalogram of brain and ecg and then as per the report will guide further on treatment planning. Take care.
