Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

What you are experiencing is hypersensitivity reaction to food. Delayed food allergy reaction from food protein-induced enterocolitis syndrome also may be a possibility. It is advisable you immediately go to an ER for proper care. Your doctor may advise skin-prick tests or blood tests to exactly know the cause/allergen.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
