You may have anemia (low red blood cells) especially if you hard a very heavy menstrual flow. You havent missed your period yet, so its still too early to talk about pregnancy even though fertilization may still have taken place. Blood pregnancy test can only diagnose pregnancy after 1 week when implantation has taken place. You may as well, have some other condition unrelated to your menstrual cycle. See a doctor for full evaluation.
