Are Symptoms Such As Extreme Sleepiness And Salty Taste In Mouth Side Effects Of Taking Kor Con For Low Potassium?
I am borderline low in potassium (3.4) and just started increasing dose of klor-con M10 (potassium supplement) from 1 per day to 2 per day, as directed by my doctor. It has made me extremely sleepy and a salty taste in my mouth...does that sound like a side effect from the potassium? What do you recommend? Thank you, Susan

All these symptoms are very common when there is some electrolytes abnormalities. I want you to reassure you that you have nothing to worry about. these symptoms will go away. keep monitoring your electrolytes and stay in touch with your doctor. You are good to go.
